Membership Agreement

4. MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND OBLIGATIONS

4.1. Users who wish to become a member and are over the age of 18 must complete the registration form in this Membership Agreement on the Website accurately and with up-to-date information. The membership application must be approved by “our website” via SMS and e-mail. Membership commences upon this approval. A membership candidate or an active member may withdraw from membership at any time. In the event of similarities or conflicts of interest between members, the first properly established membership shall prevail, provided there are no legal impediments. “Our website” reserves the right to grant priority to any member, suspend memberships, or terminate them at its sole discretion. Likewise, should a member/members apply for any legal procedure regarding membership, advertisements, or sales, they shall not involve or implead “our website” as a party to the lawsuit. Members may update their passwords and information through their membership accounts.

4.2. Pursuant to Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce as a "service provider" and Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed Through These Publications as a "hosting provider," “our website” is not responsible for the authenticity, reliability, accuracy, or legality of any visual, written, or other content on the Website that it has not published itself. “Our website” is under no obligation to verify the accuracy of such content. “Our website” reserves the right to inspect such content at any time and, if deemed necessary, to restrict access or delete it in part or in its entirety. It also reserves the right to pursue legal action. The member is solely responsible for the content of advertisements, visuals, or any third-party claims arising for any reason. If “our website” suffers any damages due to irregular advertisements or content, the member is obligated to indemnify and compensate for such damages.
